Recently I made the decision to downsize my mother’s estate and move her closer to family. We began examining all the options on how to accomplish this. I am writing this letter to put on record how happy we are with this decision. The auction itself was extremely well organized and the auctioneers did everything they could to maximize bidding while maintaining the agreed upon time frame. Best of all, the final price for my mother’s home was fair to both parties and we no longer have to worry about how long it will take to sell or any other negotiations that accompany a standard real estate transaction.
