Following in the footsteps of his grandfather, while blazing new trails in the real estate market, Doug Marshall, Jr., CAI established Marshall Auction Company in 1998. Doug has conducted thousands of auction across the region and raised millions of dollars for the community. Doug was able to acquire a 550 property $15million dollar troubled bank portfolio on the Maryland Delaware line and with the help of the community and local government he was able to restructure the property into a 7,000 seat outdoor amphitheater, construct Kylan Barn the regions newest wedding-event center and attract one of the nations top and the regions top builder to join in and start construction of single family homes.

LIsa Lynch

Lisa is well connected on the Eastern Shore and assists in the day to day real estate operations.  From marketing auctions to coordinated closings, Lisa handles it.



Brendon Johnson


Brendon’s successful leadership roles in the operations management of multi-million dollar business units and construction projects uniquely positions him in managing 3 auction locations , one of which also serves as an event / wedding center – 7,000 seat amphitheater which requires constant oversight.


Michelle serig


Marketing & Online Auctions take a lot of back end management. Michelle manages the day to day administration and has a very creative eye. Michelle also helps oversee the event center located at the Heron Ponds Amphitheater.




Joedy Cecil

Joedy has extensive roots in Talbot County and has been a resident of Trappe her entire life.  Her network of people and knowledge of the area is unmatched.

Joedy is an integral part of the Marshall Real Estate Auctions family. Her experience at Nelson Auction Gallery, serve as Deputy clerk of Talbot County Circuit Court, Molinaro Koger, and the Town of Trappe make her the perfect person to help our clients in the Marshal process.
